Magnificent service, very caring and professional staff. We had to help my elderly mother with issues between phones and Apple watch, and buy some products for the iPhone. The quality of humanity, care and service was extraordinary.

The worst service I have ever received in all the apple shop in all over the world. Terrible and super slow stuff. And when they see you are not going to buy straight away- but you came just to ask- they will ignore you and make you wait! Furious! Super poor English!!!! Especially attitude of a worker named Susana. Was doing her personal stuff and not caring at all about the people who were waiting to be attended I was waiting for more than 20 minutes! Even thought they said there was waiting time 10 minutes and only 2 people upfront of me

Went through this store to pick up the phone after a repair (iPhone 13 had manufacturing problem with the battery swelling), and I also wanted to buy a new phone. A nice worker told me to go upstairs to pick up the old phone and then get in line downstairs to buy a new one I picked up my old phone relatively quick with no problems at all. They started when I went downstairs. I waited in the line, not for long though, around 5 minutes, then a woman who worked there asks what I came for, and I told her that I wanted to buy a new phone. She said that I need to come back tomorrow as they couldn’t do it at that moment (it was at 7 pm), she also mentioned that all the phones were sold out, which I cannot believe, as she didn’t even ask which phone I wanted. But what really bothered me is that I need to get an appointment in order to buy a new phone. It sounds like nonsense. It is literally the Apple Store. I have never seen any stores that ask you to get an appointment in order to buy anything you want like groceries or electronic devices. Whoever invented this is out of his mind. Hope to get back there tomorrow so can trade-in my old phone and get myself a new one.

For a hi tech company. They are not very hi tech. I bought a power adapter 3 months ago. It broke. I made an appointment and went in to exchange the adapter. They ask me what's the order number? I dont have it - its in my account which I cannot access except at home. I find my order number. I make another appointment and went in to exchange the adapter: having the order number in hand. They ask me - where is the factura - this was bought online? Yes, but I picked it up here. 'I need the factura to exchange.' Which I have to go home to get. These things are in their system! So, They really make it hard to like them. An overpriced adapter won't work and They put me through lots of troubles to get it fixed. I hope my mac, nor yours ever fails because the hassel is making me yearn for the days of IBM!

I came in with a clear technical issue on my iPhone 17: during calls, there’s a constant, annoying noise whenever the other person isn’t speaking. The phone is only a month and a half old, and on top of that, I pay for a monthly insurance plan that should guarantee top-level support. The store offered no real solution. They simply restored the device as if it were brand new, and when the problem continued exactly the same, they just said they “don’t see any issue.” The employee even tested with her own iPhone (16 or 17), where the same noise appeared, and used that to justify a problem that, honestly, should not exist in a device at this price point. The most frustrating part is the complete lack of intention to actually resolve the case. If I were still within the 14-day return period, I would have returned the phone without thinking twice. And since this was my first-ever Apple device, after this experience I probably wouldn’t have come back to the brand at all. A technical service that resets the phone and washes its hands of the problem is not up to the standards of the brand or the price. I’ll continue the formal process so Apple can review this properly, but I’m leaving this review to make the level of support I received clear.

Smells like urine. No, really. It smells like stay dog pee really strongly. The service isn’t much better. Unlike every other Apple Store in the world they “don’t take walk-ins ever” for genius support. I ask, what’s the point then? If I have a problem with my computer I have to wait until an appointment magically opens up. With wait times of 5-7 days being very normal. Then add to that the 7 business days it takes to fix something. :/

Great service. I was greeted by smiles everywhere and a prompt service. My MacBook was slightly bruised after dropping it; they opened it, checked, cleaned it free of debris and gave it back. Fixing the case of the laptop is expensive - 450 euros. This is apple so it’s expected. Nevertheless, all was good. Love the service. It’s part of the course I expect from paying so much for their products

Great experience at this beautiful store. I forgot the name of the technician but he was so friendly and quick to diagnose and offer solutions . He explained my options carefully but fortunately, I ended up avoiding to service computer thanks to his work! The store made the experience very positive for my family and I. They offer cold water, restrooms while there, and wheelchair/stroller accessibility.
