I am very disappointed with the quality of the new iPhone 17 Pro Orange and with the response I received from the official service. Our 2-month-old iPhone 17 Pro (orange) developed a quick and clearly visible color defect on the top edge, changing from orange to pink (photos attached). This quality issue is unacceptable for a premium device, and the finish of the orange 17 Pro clearly does not meet Apple’s standards, especially considering its price. We spoke with David, who seems to be responsible for the repair department. At first, we were told this is not covered by warranty. Later, they agreed only to a housing replacement, which must be ordered and requires waiting. A replacement device was refused, and even the option to trade in this defective phone and pay for another color was denied. For a high-end product purchased directly from Apple, this approach is unacceptable.

Wow! Wow! Just wow! Based on a lot of negative reviews, I was very hesitant to bring my iPhone to this store for a warranty repair. Don’t listen to the complainers, just come here and ask for assistance! Upon arrival I was setup for an appointment half an hour later. Then returned and a tech ran diagnostics on my phone and took the phone in for warranty repair. Went back an hour later to pick up my device. The place was packed! Yet, I was served immediately and walked out with the repaired phone in my hand 10 minutes later. Top notch service and I didn’t even have to attempt speaking my broken Spanish, all the staff spoke English well enough.

Truly disappointing service. I booked an appointment. Apple made me book an appointment to get my MacBook Pro battery replaced. I arrived five minutes early for my appointment. I showed my QR code that Apple sent me. I was invited to sit down. Twenty minutes later, I am still sitting there. There are FOUR Apple staff standing around looking out the door, talking about the weather. Someone walks in and wants to buy a case for their phone. One of the staff is happy to help them. I spent nearly three thousand euros on my MacBook and I am left to wait. Extremely poor service from Apple.

Horrible service from some employees, They forced me to delete all the data on my iPhone via iTunes, because they were stubborn that my overheating problem on my iPhone 15 pro Max was due to having used Apple's option to upgrade from my old iPhone to the new one😂an option created by Apple, there are certainly Apple Store workers who understand less than an informed person, but the last time I went I have to say that I was attended by a very nice guy, we talked and since restoring my iPhone did not solve the problem as expected obviously, we talked and he made me feel calmer, he told me to use it and not worry too much, since the iPhone is made to enjoy, not to worry, these types of people do deserve to be working there, it was great, thanks to this guy, I don't remember his name but it was the last time I went, thanks again! I give it 2 stars because they should review the workers and their skills and knowledge for this position, since I see many who are lacking in knowledge or are wrong.

I was concerned after reading so many negative feedbacks about this place. However, my experience at this Apple Store was great! I had no problems changing the damaged screen with apple care+ almost free of charge! All the staff I dealt with were incredible, very friendly and nice!) thank you!

If only there were negative stars for review. Not expected from Apple. Awful service. Just awful. Made to wait at the table for >10 minutes without any attendance even after asking the staff multiple times. It was evident that they just don't care.

Second time I have been in this store and on both occasions have been treated unbelievable well. Yesterday I arrived an hour early for my appointment yet they still facilitated me. There was no hassle and the staff were very courteous, helpful and knowledgeable. Yes you pay more for Apple products but the service you get is superior to nearly anywhere else. Happy to recommend and will definitely be using again.
