Apple La Cañada

I recently visited the Apple Store in La Canada to purchase two iPhones, but unfortunately, the experience was far from impressive. The wait time was excessively long, almost 25 minutes. What was even more disappointing was the lack of professionalism displayed by the staff. None of them took the initiative to approach us and inquire about our needs, leaving us standing there for an extended period. Given the premium brand reputation of Apple, I expected a much better level of service, especially considering we were making a significant purchase. The staff's inattentiveness and lack of enthusiasm were quite surprising. Perhaps this was just an off day, but it's essential for Apple to ensure their staff provides the high level of service that the brand promises. Until then, potential customers might want to consider visiting other authorized resellers for a smoother experience. *Recommendation:* Improve staff training to provide attentive and professional service, especially during peak hours or for significant purchases.

I specifically went to the Apple Store to ask I store advice. I required two iPads and a watch. Watch 11 is fine but in the end just a gadget and completely overpriced, won’t buy again. The 1 star is for feeling completely mislead into paying extra for 2x iPad a16 wifi+cellular. I clearly discussed my requirements, can I make calls - yes. Can I use an eSIM with a number - yes. Do I need an iPhone - No. Ok, I set it up just to find out that actually it doesn’t work.. I ask support from Apple. Yes but no but you understand you need apple continuity services to receive calls so you still need an iPhone and if you don’t have one, you can buy one.. Here is what makes me annoyed. You call it wifi+cellular,then I get into all sorts of Apple feedback to find out that « iPads lack the specific modems to directly access standard cellular voice networks like an iPhone « then make it clear when I buy an IPad that no, the iPad cannot make or receive a « standard « call, or what it described by Apple, « traditional calls « - Hence, we Apple Store, please do not recommend this extra option because this expectation will simply not work. Cellular is almost an extra 200 per iPad, and you can’t even take « standard «  or traditional «  calls, come on!

Great service. My MacBook Air crashed with the pink screen of death. I booked a genius appointment and it was resolved. It took nearly an hour so I went shopping and returned to collect my good as new MacBook. Free of charge even though it’s out of warranty. Excellent English spoken too. I would have given 5 stars except that when you get to the store it is not obvious where to ‘queue’ so both times I hung around a staff member until I could speak to them. A single queue for Genius appointment holders would be nice.

Apple in La Canada My mac book air screen developed an internal crack after only 4 weeks. They say accidental damage even though there is not dent or scratch on the computer. We dealt with a technician called Juan who was very abrupt, unfriendly and unhelpful. Luckily Antonio and Raquel have much better customer service skills

Good shop, only because it's official store, but I didn't sell my phone, they didn't take this without explanation. We drove hundreds km for nothing. They don't know why the program doesn't show price for my phone which I wanted to sell through the option trade in. I think you could sell something only if you are buying something only in this shop.

Long wait to be served here. It's quite uncomfortable to be left standing around waiting and not knowing how long your wait will be. Once served then the service is very good. Product knowledge, setup, sale experience is excellent. They really must be more aware of the first part of the customer experience.

ordered a bilingual keyboard, left all my contacts and the manager's contacts. addresses, phone numbers, emails. 3 weeks have passed. no call. no message, no email. stopped by to find out. didn't deliver because they couldn't find anyone, funny. order cancelled. offered to re-order, promised to find the contact details he left. or call their service centre and spend half a day listening to music. August. holidays. keyboard of course is needed just to play games. but managers are unresponsive in droves. there won't be any unemployment for sure. if you're in La Caniada - just pass by. Absolutely stupid appstore. And money didn’t receive back as well.

1) You need to make an appointment in advance to be served. 2) They showed up at my scheduled time and I had to wait another 50 minutes. 3) They still couldn't help me with anything.
