I love the service here, although it’s always packed the clearance lines take 5 minutes or less for you to cash and pay also returns are very easy and simple. Bought two portable heaters here in the last week and they were both completely broken. The first one would turn on but not get hot and the second one got warm but immediately leaked radiator fluid all over my floor! I don’t have a car so it is a lot of effort to drag these items to and from my house. When I brought back the first one I asked if it was possible to plug in an item to check if it is working before buying. The clerk said there was no way to do that and they always work fine so there is nothing to worry about. Well 2 broken units in one week says otherwise. I’ll be returning the 2nd one (again) and never coming back to this joke of a store. I can believe they are selling these units at such a high price when they are so incredibly damaged

Worst customer service. Ordered a fridge and paid for delivery. Been 5days now, haven't received it and the customer service people have no way of calling the transportation company to know when will my order be delivered. Every day I call them, they say that we have sent a report but nothing changes. If I choose to cancel, they will take 14days to refund my money which is absurd and I have no guarantee that i will get my money back based on the service they provide. Avoid this company especially in Spain. Very unreliable.

I bought a new Huawei GT5 watch at MediaMarkt in Barcelona, but when I opened the box, it was clearly used. The watch had visible signs of wear, scratches on the front, dirt on the back, and even a dirty charger. There was no protective film on the screen, and the inner packaging was damaged. Very disappointing experience — I expected a brand new product, not a used one sold as new. I went to their store in Girona to request an exchange, but they refused to replace the product. So the claim that returns or exchanges can be made at any MediaMarkt store is false. Anyone who decides to buy there should definitely open the box and check the condition of the product before leaving the store.

Possibly the worst customer service experience i’ve had. If you buy from here, pray that you don’t get a defective product because their return scheme is abhorrent to say the least. Firstly in this giant store there are only 2 return reps working, leading to almost 1 hour of wait time to just talk to a representative. After that you will have to grab the replacement product yourself. While you are doing that - instead of them waiting they will start serving new customers leading to another 15 minutes wait time on top. Extremely frustrating experience, i worry how they will handle all the returns after christmas.

Just horrible horrible customer service! Just been to buy a monitor for my laptop and the girl who serviced me had no clue what she is saying and was keep chewing the gum!! Just hire normal staff who knows what to do and how to provide the service and teach good customer service manners ! I eventually left as couldn’t listen anymore what she is saying and chewing that gum in front of my face and standing like she is with a friend with a leg up. Even more she dropped few times the box with the monitor and says that they are not responsible if it has a damage! Thats a joke!

Waited two hours to return a package I bought online, and then they wouldn't take it because it was delivered by a third party. This is despite the email saying I could return it through a third party pick up point, and also through ANY MediaMarkt store. The only other time I bought something with Media Markt it did not arrive on time and was a major headache to deal with. Never buy from Media Markt. Not worth the hassle. Update! I then called their customer service number to make a complaint about the situation and they hung up on me. When I called again, they picked up the phone to immediately hang up. Really unprofessional. I've sent my complaint through the form they're account has suggested below. No reply yet.

One of the most stupid places I visited: I knew what I wanted, I had the money to buy it and the made you wait in a big queue with a number to get basic info to later discover they know less than you and say the product is out of stock. Lucky them I live in another country, otherwise Id never come back
