This store was packed with so many people at noon today that it was difficult to navigate. I needed a charger and made my way to the back of the store, where I eventually found someone who helped reluctantly. He explained that Apple didn’t sell its own laptop charger in the store. I would have to buy a Belkin. He refused to say that it was a good product—and as it turned out it isn’t. It charges only sporadically, but first I had to go through the hell of paying in a bizarre line where people were trying iPhones. We were all jumbled together.

We arrived at 11:00 to buy just fast an Apple Watch Ultra 3 but were told to come back for a 12:00 appointment. explained, no need to explain, I know exactly what I wanted, but no possibility! Showed up early at 11:50, still ended up in a 20-person line, and only got support at 12:25. For a €1,000 purchase this should be simple and fast. Worst part: when I opened the box at home, it was the wrong watch — black instead of the aluminium case I asked for. Now I need to drive back and go through the same process again. Very disappointing experience. We won’t return here again for a simple purchase.

Haiyaa… Apple Store Barcelona, launch iPhone 17. Line outside like people queuing for free rice, not €1’500 phone. walk in — staff all so smiley, like they get commission every time someone cry at checkout. iPhone 17 look sexy, screen crisp, colour fancy. Still, everybody clap when box open, like baby born. Apple so smart — sell you same phone every year, just add “Pro Max Ultra Super Plus.” People still buy. verdict: Good phone, bad wallet. 💸

I visited 3 times last week. As the new model iphone 17 is selling alot, most of the time it’s not available. The first time I went, I didn’t left happy because Workers who were there for information were very unfriendly and rude. The second time I went, a talked to a guy very calmly and he explained me the situation very well and explained me how to get phone. I followed his advice and came 2 days later where in 3 hours, I had the device on my hand… Even though store was full, workers were trying their best to assist people so hats off to all workers 👏and Especially Nil who did all the process and Provided me the Device.

We just bought an iPad here, and the guy who helped us was incredibly polite and helpful. He made our time in the store both pleasant and efficient. We got everything we wanted, took care of the tax-free paperwork, and got all the recommendations we needed. I can’t recommend this store highly enough!

I’ve bought a phone, a MacBook, and used the service here several times. I really think the consultants need an administrator who can manage their workload and keep things organized. On Saturday, November 29th, 2025, between 6 and 7 p.m., I waited about 10 minutes in line and was sent to the table in the back. The consultant doing screen protector installations, named David (wearing glasses), decided to discuss chicken recipes with the customer whose device he was working on. As a result, we ended up waiting another 30 minutes while they chatted about recipes, even though he clearly saw that I was waiting for him. Sorry, but I’m a rather impatient and temperamental person, so I went to another table. I stood in line again, and the consultant there, Romer, simply walked away after finishing a screen protector installation for the customer before me. no one came to replace him. At that point, disappointed with the service, I went to ask the staff member managing the queue if someone could help me. Without even trying to understand what I was asking, he just told me to get in line again. That was the final straw for me, so I left and had the screen protector installed at another certified service center. The store is clearly a good place to buy new devices, but the service leaves a lot to be desired. For now, I’m giving it 3 stars.

I've never seen anything like this in any country. To buy anything, you have to sign up at the entrance and come back about an hour later. Meanwhile, a lot of the employees are sitting around doing nothing, chatting cheerfully among themselves. After we came back an hour later, we were sent to the second floor, where there was a line of about 10 people, and one employee was doing everything quite slowly. So, we were being asked to wait another hour in line. Of course, we didn't wait and expressed our dissatisfaction to the employee at the entrance. In response, he started shouting aggressively that he would remove us from the line. We do not recommend this store. Avoid it. We understand this store's policy. They want to create the appearance of excitement when there is none. We wish you good luck.
